襄麦冬多糖的超声辅助提取工艺优化及其抗氧化活性研究

摘要 通过单因素试验和响应面法优化得到超声辅助提取襄麦冬多糖的工艺,并研究其体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:襄麦冬多糖最佳提取工艺条件为液料比20∶1(mL/g)、超声时间51 min、超声功率250 W、超声温度41℃,在此条件下襄麦冬多糖得率可达20.98%。襄麦冬多糖对ABTS自由基清除率和铁离子还原能力的IC_(50)分别为14.41 mg/mL和48.01 mg/mL,且在一定质量浓度范围内量效关系明显。 Through single factor experiments and response surface methodology,the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of polysaccharide from Liriope spicata var.prolifera was optimized,and its in vitro antioxidant activity was studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for polysaccharide from Liriope spicata var.Prolifera were liquid-to-solid ratio 20∶1(mL/g),ultrasonic time 51 min,ultrasonic power 250 W,and ultrasonic temperature 41℃.Under the conditions,the yield of polysaccharide from Liriope spicata var.Prolifera could reach 20.98%.The IC_(50)of polysaccharide from Liriope spicata var.prolifera for ABTS radical scavenging and iron ion reduction capacity were 14.41 mg/mL and 48.01 mg/mL,respectively,and there was a clear dose-response relationship within a certain mass concentration range.
