摘要
以青稞、枸杞、沙棘、白刺4种生物资源为原料配制高原特色营养粉,研究其对BALB/c小鼠的抗缺氧性疲劳作用。将BALB/c小鼠分为常氧对照组、缺氧模型组及营养粉-低、中、高剂量组,模拟海拔6000 m氧浓度条件,建立小鼠高原急性低氧环境模型,给小鼠灌胃营养粉后进行负重游泳,并记录小鼠力竭时间,测定小鼠脏器指数、血清生化指标。结果表明:与缺氧模型组比较,营养粉-低、中、高剂量组的小鼠负重游泳力竭时间延长,丙二醛(MDA)、丙酮酸(PA)、尿素氮(BUN)含量和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)活性均降低,白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(Pre-ALB)、葡萄糖(Glu)含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均升高,表明高原特色营养粉对小鼠缺氧性疲劳具有较好的改善作用。
Using four biological resources including highland barley,Lycium barbarum,Hippophae rhamnoides and Nitraria tangutorum as raw materials,a plateau characteristic nutrition powder was prepared and its anti-hypoxic fatigue effect on BALB/c mice was studied.BALB/c mice were divided into normoxic control group,hypoxic model group,low,medium and high-dose nutrition powder groups.A high-altitude acute hypoxic environment model of mice was established by simulating oxygen concentration conditions at an altitude of 6000 m.After gavage of nutrient powder,making mice to swim with a load,exhaustion time of mice was recorded and organ index and serum biochemical index of mice were measured.The results showed that compared with the hypoxia model group,the exhaustion time during load swimming prolonged,malondialdehyde(MDA),pyruvate(PA),urea nitrogen(BUN)content,and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK)activity all decreased,while albumin(ALB),prealbumin(Pre ALB),glucose(Glu)content,glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px)activity,and serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)all increased in the low,medium and high-dose nutrition powder groups,indicating that platean characteristic nutrition powder had a good improvement effect on hypoxia fatigue in mice.
