摘要
通过对瘦煤工业分析、煤岩分析、煤灰成分分析、小焦炉试验等数据进行大量分析,结合对其他焦化厂配煤方案的研究,开展了加大瘦煤用量的试验。结果表明,加大瘦煤用量,降低了配合煤挥发分,并降低了配煤成本,焦炭质量仍然稳定。
Through analysis of lean coal proximate analysis,coal petrographic analysis,coal ash composition analysis,and pilot oven data,combined with research on coal blending schemes of other coking plants,experiments were conducted for the possibility to increase the amount of lean coal to be blended.The results show that increasing the amount of lean coal reduces the VM of blended coal and lowers the cost of coal blending,while the quality of coke remains stably good.
