焦炉尾气镍基催化剂脱硝性能研究

摘要 制备活性炭负载金属Ni催化剂催化还原焦炉尾气中NO,探究制备条件对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,金属Ni催化剂具有较强还原NO的能力,3Ni/CAC-600催化剂在325℃时,NO转化率可达100%。随着金属负载量的增加,催化剂分散性逐渐降低,催化还原NO活性增强;随着煅烧温度的升高,催化剂分散性及还原NO活性逐渐降低。反应过程中,金属Ni被氧化,导致催化剂失活。 Activated carbon loaded metal Ni is prepared for the reduction of NO_(x) in the coke oven tail gas,and the effect of preparation conditions on the activity of catalyst was studied.The results show that the metal Ni catalyst has a strong ability to reduce NO_(x).The NO_(x) conversion rate of 3Ni/CAC600 catalyst can reach 100%at 325℃.With the increase of metal loading,the dispersion of catalyst decreased gradually,and the catalytic reduction is more active;with the increase of calcination temperature,the catalyst dispersion and NO_(x) catalytic reduction activity decreased gradually.During the reaction,the metal Ni is oxidized,resulting in deactivation of the catalyst.
