中重度听损患儿的情绪感知能力与听力发育水平相关性研究

摘要 背景:随着听力学快速发展,越来越多的人开始关注儿童听力这一重要健康领域.对于学龄前中重度听损婴幼儿患者,不论是测试人员还是患者家庭成员都较普遍地观察到患儿情绪分辨能力水平较同龄儿童低.方法:本研究依托四川某高校三甲医院本部耳鼻喉科听力中心临床病例,对百名中重度患儿进行问卷调查研究与听力学测试验证相结合的方式探索0~5岁听损儿童情绪感知能力与双耳听力的相关性情况.结果:根据流行病学相关性检验,得出听力损失程度(听力得分)与情绪感知能力(情绪感知能力得分)具有显著正相关性.讨论:从听力学、心理学以及脑功能和认知神经科学多方面多角度阐释听损儿童听力与情绪感知能力的影响因素,在对该问卷晤谈法进行自我审视后,提出问卷工具革新、主试人员专业培训的多维度建议,在干预建议方面,解释及时佩戴辅听装置和专业心理治疗干预的必要性. With the rapid development of audiology,a great increasing number of people are paying attention to the crucial health field of children’s hearing.For preschool children with moderate to severe hearing impairment,both test examiners and family members commonly observe them much lower levels of emotional discernment in these patients compared to their peers.Leveraging clinical cases from the Otolaryngology Department’s Hearing Center at West China Hospital,this study explored the correlation between emotional perception abilities and bilateral hearing in 100 children aged 0 to 4 with mild hearing loss by combining questionnaire surveys and audiology test.The research provided a multidimensional interpretation of factors influencing the relationship between hearing and emotional perception in children with hearing impairment,considering aspects of audiology,psychology,brain function,and cognitive neuroscience.After self-reflection on the questionnaire and interview method,the study proposed innovative improvements to the questionnaire tool,professional training for test administrators,and the development of multilingual expertise.In terms of intervention recommendations,the article emphasized the necessity of timely use of hearing aids and professional psychological therapy.
