摘要
为了解学生的学习状况,选择食品专业必修课食品安全学课程为研究对象,以3届共233名学生食品安全学成绩作为实际数据,对其进行主成分分析、判别分析、相关分析和聚类分析等多元统计分析,以便为教师和学生提供有用信息,更好地改进教学评价方式,提高教学质量.
In this thesis the application of multivariate statistics were analyzed and discussed in counting statistical learning scores of college students.In order to understand the learning status of the students,the foodsafetiology course,a compulsory course for food majors students,was selected as the research object.The foodsafetiology scores of 233 students in three sessions were taken as the actual data,and multivariate statistical analysis such as principal component analysis,discriminant analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis were performed to provide useful information for teachers and students to improve teaching evaluation methods and upgrade teaching quality.
