基于编目数量最大化的空间目标监视资源调度规则研究

摘要 针对传统调度方法中空间目标编目数量不高、调度效率较低的问题,提出了运用多规则调度策略的方法来提高目标编目数量。以观测需求与跟踪弧段为输入,对空间目标跟踪弧段进行可见性预报,将多种调度规则融入传统调度流程中,以多组不同空间目标数量为参照,通过仿真实验对比两种不同调度策略下的调度结果。实验表明:相同的5个监视设备执行空间目标编目任务,当监视资源利用率接近100%时,基于多规则的调度策略最大可以实现对6500个左右空间目标的稳定编目,而传统调度策略最大只能实现3200个左右空间目标的稳定编目。多规则调度策略相较于传统调度策略,最大编目数量提高了103%。 Aiming at the problem that the number of spatial object catalogs is not high and the scheduling efficiency is low in traditional scheduling methods,a scheduling method using multi-rule scheduling strategy is proposed to maximize the number of object catalogs.This paper takes observation requirements and tracking arcs as inputs,forecasts the visibility of space target tracking arcs,integrates a variety of scheduling rules into the traditional scheduling process,and compares the scheduling results under two different scheduling strategies through simulation experiments with the number of multiple groups of different space targets as references.Experiments show that the same 5 monitoring devices perform the task of cataloging space objects.When the utilization rate of monitoring resources is close to 100%,the scheduling strategy based on multi-rules can achieve a maximum of 6500 space objects stable cataloging,while the traditional scheduling strategy can only achieve a maximum of 3200 space objects stable cataloging.Compared with the traditional scheduling strategy,the maximum number of catalogs is increased by 103%.
