摘要
综述了无过渡金属催化的喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮类合成方法新进展,指出虽然喹唑啉-4(3H)-酮类化合物合成已经取得很大进步,但仍需大力开发更加经济、绿色环保的路线,如开发牢固且催化活性高的可循环利用催化剂。
The latest progress in transition metal-free catalytic synthesis methods of quinazoline-4(3H)-ones is reviewed.It is pointed out that although great progress has been obtained in the synthesis of quinazoline-4(3H)-ones,there is still a need to vigorously develop more economical and green routes,such as the development of robust and recyclable catalysts with high catalytic activity.
