稳步推进本科层次职业教育高质量发展,首先要以高等职业院校为基础,提升专业内涵和服务区域经济的能力,以特色和优势专业升格为本科层次职业教育专业,培养高层次技术技能型人才来实现。其次是要加强本科层次职业教育标准体系建设,完善各级各类本科层次职业教育教学标准,开发本科层次职业教育专业建设指南,按照先专业达到本科层次职业教育专业要求,后学校达到本科层次职业学校设置要求的次序,以标准规范和引领本科层次职业教育有序和高质量发展。

To steadily promote the high-quality development of undergraduate vocational education,firstly,it is necessary to improve the professional connotation and the ability to serve the regional economy on the basis of higher vocational colleges,upgrade the specialty with characteristics and advantages to the undergraduate vocational education specialty,and train high-level technical talents.Secondly,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the standard system of undergraduate vocational education,improve the teaching standards of all kinds of undergraduate vocational education at all levels,and develop the guidelines for the construction of undergraduate vocational education specialty in accordance with the order that the specialty meets the requirements of undergraduate vocational education and then,the school meets the requirements of undergraduate vocational schools.Standards should be used to standardize and lead the orderly and high-quality development of undergraduate vocational education.
