摘要
为解决新能源车冷却模块装配难、成本高、产品下级零部件种类多、框架附件重量占比大等难题,实现汽车轻量化设计的目标,以某公司新能源车冷却模块为研究对象,运用多目标分阶段优化法设计一种集成式轻量化冷却模块。结合道路试验及仿真分析计算,通过对散热器附件进行结构优化、材料优化、功能集成,减少装配流程的同时降低了冷却模块的重量。经验证,目标结构集成式轻量化冷却模块满足整车使用要求,该设计方法对实现汽车低成本轻量化设计具有深远意义。
In order to solve the problems of difficult assembly,high cost,multiple types of lower level components,and a large weight proportion of frame accessories in the cooling module of new energy vehicles,and to achieve the goal of lightweight design for automobiles,a multi-objective phased optimization method is used to design an integrated lightweight cooling module for a new energy vehicle cooling module in a certain company.By combining road tests and simulation analysis calculations,structural optimization,material optimization,and functional integration are carried out on the radiator accessories,reducing the assembly process while reducing the weight of the cooling module.After verification,the integrated lightweight cooling module of the target structure meets the requirements of vehicle use,and this design method has profound significance for achieving low-cost lightweight design of automobiles.
