摘要
以供应链突发事件为背景,通过对国内创业板100家制造业上市公司2020年报进行扎根研究,阐明了供应链突发事件下企业即兴行为方式及发生机制。研究发现,供应链突发事件下企业即兴行为方式包括开发式即兴和探索性即兴;供应链突发事件风险触发企业开发式即兴,而事件机遇触发开发式即兴和探索式即兴;突发事件驱动企业在供应链内外部开展资源搜索,从而推动开发式即兴和探索式即兴的实施。
Based on the background of supply chain emergencies,through grounded theory research on 2020 annual reports of 100 manufacturing listed companies on ChiNext,improvisation patterns and their occurrence mechanism under supply chain emergencies are clarified.The findings are as follows:improvisation patterns under supply chain emergencies include exploitative improvisation and explorative one;supply chain emergency risk triggers exploitative improvisation,while emergency opportunity triggers exploitative improvisation and explorative one;emergencies drive enterprises searching resources inside and outside the supply chain,thus promoting the implementation of exploitative improvisation and explorative one.
