摘要
传统电气操作对于乙烯装置生产过程的稳定性、安全性、质量和效率都起着至关重要的作用,但同时也面临技术和安全的挑战。从应用场景、应用原理和关键技术等方面进行了深入的探究分析,结合人工智能技术,开发并应用了新一代智能化乙烯装置安全管控系统。通过对电气设备进行智能化改造和数据采集,将其与先进的控制系统连接起来,基于自动化的现代控制系统,实现电气安全管控的一键顺控操作,大幅提高了乙烯装置的生产自动化水平,减少了人为操作错误和事故的风险,提升了生产过程的安全性和稳定性。
Traditional electrical operations play a crucial role in the stability,safety,quality,and efficiency of the ethylene production process,but they also face technical and safety challenges.This article explores and analyzes the application scenarios,principles,and key technologies,and combines artificial intelligence technology to propose the development and application analysis of a new generation of intelligent ethylene plant safety control system.By intelligently transforming electrical equipment and collecting data,connecting it with advanced control systems,and based on modern control system automation,achieving one click sequential operation of electrical safety control,the production automation level of ethylene plants is greatly improved,reducing the risk of human operation errors and accidents,and enhancing the safety and stability of the production process.
