摘要
提出了一种多策略融合改进蜣螂优化算法(MSIDBO)。首先,通过考虑网损、弃风弃光以及开关操作惩罚的综合成本最低为目标,构建高比例清洁能源接入及需求响应的配电网重构模型。其次,为了提升算法性能,采用改进的Circle映射方法,优化了蜣螂优化算法(DBO)的种群初始化过程,从而改善了种群在搜索空间中的分布质量。此外,引入新的边界收敛因子,增强了算法的局部开发能力,提高了收敛准确度。同时,为了提升算法的全局搜索能力,引入变螺旋更新机制,并在算法中实施“劣汰”机制,有效地提升了算法在主动配电网故障重构中的性能,显著加快了收敛速度。最后,融合了布朗运动和Levy飞行策略,以平衡算法的寻优需求,进一步提高了算法跳出局部最优的能力。仿真实验结果表明,MSIDBO在单点及多点故障重构中展现出了显著的全局寻优能力,在解决主动配电网故障重构问题上具有更高的准确率与更快的收敛速率,能够为配电网的安全稳定运行提供有力支持。
A multi-strategy fusion improved DBO(MSIDBO)is proposed.Firstly,a distribution network reconfiguration model with high proportion of clean energy access and demand response is constructed by considering the lowest comprehensive cost of network loss,wind and light curtailment and switching operation penalty.Secondly,in order to improve the performance of algorithm,the improved Circle mapping method is used to optimize the population initialization process of DBO,thus improving the distribution quality of population in search space.In addition,a new boundary convergence factor is introduced to enhance the local development ability of algorithm and improve the convergence accuracy.At the same time,in order to improve the global search ability of the algorithm,the variable spiral update mechanism is introduced,and the‘inferior elimination‘mechanism is implemented in the algorithm,which effectively improves the algorithm performance in the fault reconstruction of active distribution network and significantly speeds up the convergence speed.Finally,the Brownian motion and Levy flight strategy are combined to balance the optimization requirements of the algorithm,which further improves the ability of algorithm to jump out of the local optimum.The simulation results show that MSIDBO shows significant global optimization ability in single-point and multi-point fault reconstruction,and has higher accuracy and faster convergence rate in solving the problem of active distribution network fault reconstruction,which can provide strong support for the safe and stable operation of distribution network.
