Currently,with the increasing awareness of fitness among people,VR technology provides new solutions for the training,competition,and teaching of ice and snow sports items with its immersive and interactive characteristics.This paper first outlines the basic principles of VR technology and its application in ice and snow sports,and analyzes its advantages in simulating real scenes and improving training efficiency.Subsequently,through specific case analysis,the specific application of VR technology in ice and snow sports was analyzed,including the positive effects of improving athletes' sports level,simulating competition scenes,and assisting teaching.This study helps to promote the in-depth application of VR technology in ice and snow sports,and also provides new technical support for the development of ice and snow sports.In addition,the research results can also provide useful references for relatedindustries and institutions,and promote the integration and development of ice and snow sports with science and technology.
