昆明市小学课间操融入民族健身操的价值、现实困境及策略

The Value,Realistic Dilemma,and Strategy of Integrating Ethnic Fitness Exercises into Primary School Exercises Between Classes in Kunming City

摘要 云南省昆明市作为我国少数民族最多的省份,拥有丰富的少数民族资源和独特的地理环境。民族健身操作为一项新兴的民族传统体育项目在本省得到了一定的推广和普及,把民族健身操开展到小学课间操,能使大课间变得生动有趣,对学生的身心健康发展具有一定的意义。为了更好地宣扬与继承中华民族的优秀文化和促进小学课间操的发展,该文对民族健身操融入小学课间操进行探索研究,分析民族健身操的特点和小学生的身心特点,探讨民族健身操在小学课间操开展的价值和现实困境,并提出相关策略,为其在小学课间操的顺利开展提供参考。 Kunming City,Yunnan Province,as the province with the most ethnic minorities in China,has rich ethnic minority resources and a unique geographical environment.Ethnic fitness exercises,as an emerging traditional ethnic sports item,have been promoted and popularized to a certain extent in this province.Carrying out ethnic fitness exercises between classes can make the breaks lively and interesting,and have certain significance for the physical and mental health development of students.In order to better promote and inherit the excellent culture of the Chinese nation and promote the development of primary school break time exercises,this paper explores and studies the integration of ethnic fitness exercises into primary school break time exercises,analyzes the characteristics of ethnic fitness exercises and the physical and mental characteristics of primary school students,explores the value and practical dilemmas of ethnic fitness exercises in primary school exercises between classes,and proposes relevant strategies to provide reference for their smooth development in primary school exercises between classes.
