体教融合背景下高校体育教师胜任力指标体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Competency Index System of Physical Education Teachers in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Integration of Sports and Education

在体教融合背景下,加强高校体育教师队伍建设,构建科学合理、具有针对性的体育教师胜任力指标体系,不仅可以为体育教师的培养、考核与评价提供理论上的依据,而且也能在较大程度上促进高校体育教学的高质量发展。基于此,该文利用文献法、行为事件访谈法、层次分析法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,构建了体教融合背景下高校体育教师胜任力三级指标体系,确定各级指标权重并对指标进行实践检验分析。

In the context of the integration of sports and education,strengthening the construction of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,and constructing a scientific,reasonable and targeted competency index system for physical education teachers,can not only provide a theoretical basis for the training,assessment and evaluation of physical education teachers,but also promote the high-quality development of physical education teaching in colleges and universities to a greater extent.Based on this,this paper uses the literature method,behavioral event interview method,hierarchical analysis methodprocess,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to construct a threelevel index system of college physical education teachers' competency under the background of the integration of sports and education,to determine the weights of the indexes of all levels,and to conduct practical test and analysis of the indexes.
