基于AHP-模糊综合评价的健身教练职业素养评价指标体系构建与实证分析

Construction and Empirical Analysis of Fitness Coach Professionalism Evaluation Index System Based on AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

随着人们对于科学健身的意识显著提高,对健身教练的需求也日益严格。但目前国内对健身教练行业的监管存在不足,缺乏统一的职业规范,因此研究旨在构建健身教练职业素养评价指标体系,并结合地方健身俱乐部教练员基本情况进行分析。该文从专业素养、身体素养和道德素养构建健身教练职业素养评价指标体系,专业素养重要性最高,是影响健身教练职业素养的主要因素。在实证分析中发现,目前健身俱乐部教练在身体素养方面相对较好,而专业素养和道德素养相对较低,需要进一步提升健身教练的职业素养。因此建议加强健身教练员自身姿态与体能训练,注重健身教练员专业素养的提升和培养,注重健身教练员道德素养的引导与提升,以促进健身教练职业素养提升,推动健身行业高质量发展。

With the significant improvement of people's awareness of scientific fitness,the demand for fitness instructors is becoming more and more stringent.However,at present,thereare deficiencies in the domestic regulation of the fitness trainer industry and a lack of unified professional norms,so the purpose of this study is to construct an evaluation index system for the professional qualityof fitness instructors,and analyze it in combination with the basic situation of instructors in local fitness clubs.The paper constructed the evaluation index system of fitness instructors' specialtyquality from professional quality,physical literacy and moral literacy,and professional quality is the most important and is the main factor affecting the professional quality of fitness instructors.In the empirical analysis,it is found that the current fitness club instructors are relatively good in terms of physical literacy,but their pro fessional quality and moral literacy are relatively low,and it is necessary to further improve the professional quality of fitness instructors.Therefore,it is recommended to strengthen the posture and physical training of fitness trainers,focus on the improvement and cultivation of the professional quality of fitness coaches;Pay attention to the guidance and improvement of the moral quality of fitness instructors,so as to promote the improvement of the professional quality of fitness instructors and promote the high-quality development of the fitness industry.
