摘要
航海文化是海洋强国战略的文化基础。在弘扬航海文化的效果评价上,根据航海文化弘扬的实际效果,总结弘扬过程中的成就与不足,是传统航海院校打造航海文化品牌、提升航海文化影响力的需要。基于CIPP模型确定航海院校弘扬航海文化效果的评价指标,在此基础上运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,形成评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价法进行效果评价。根据模型,结合实际院校情况,查找弘扬航海文化的不足,提出了相应的建议。
Nautical culture is the cultural foundation of the strategy of maritime power.In the evaluation of the effect of promoting nautical culture,according to the actual impact of promoting nautical culture,summarizing the achievements and shortcomings in the process of promotion,it is a need for traditional nautical colleges to build the brand of nautical culture and enhance the influence of nautical culture.Based on the CIPP model to determine the evaluation indexes of the effect of promoting nautical culture in nautical colleges,and on this basis,the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to calculate the weight of each index to form the evaluation index system.It uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the effect.Based on the model,the deficiencies in promoting nautical culture in traditional nautical institutions were identified with actual colleges,and corresponding recommendations were made.
