基于产教融合共同体建设的高职海洋装备类人才培养探索与实践——以浙江国际海运职业技术学院为例

摘要 产教融合是职业教育的基本办学模式,是职业教育最显著的特征,同样也是区域产业结构转型和办好职业教育的必由之路。在当前产教融合共同体建设背景下,通过校企共建、区域联动,探索高职海洋装备类人才培养在培养模式、协同机制、师资建设、课程设置、实训建设等方面与产业的深度融合,形成“学校+企业”浑然一体的产教融合办学模式,能够提升高职学生职业素质,推进毕业生满意度和企业满意度双提升,助力浙江发展“蓝色”新增长极。 Industry-education integration is the basic mode and the most prominent feature of vocational education.Likewise,it is also the only way to transform the regional industrial structure and run vocational education well.In the context of the current construction of an integrated industry-education community,through school-enterprise co-construction and regional linkage,it aims to explore the in-depth integration of the cultivation of higher vocational marine equipment talents and industry in the aspects of cultivation mode,synergy mechanism,faculty building,curriculum setting,practical training construction,etc.to form a unique“school+enterprise”integrated industry-education model,thus to improve higher vocational college students’professional quality and promote the satisfaction of graduates and enterprises to achieve dual promotion,facilitating Zhejiang Province to develop new“blue”growth pole.
