摘要
目的 探讨高中生抑郁核心症状,以及高中生反刍思维的特征与抑郁症状之间的关系。方法 采用横断面调查研究对乌鲁木齐某高中1 868名高中生进行问卷调查,通过网络分析的方法对抑郁核心症状以及反刍思维与抑郁关系进行研究。结果 高中生抑郁核心症状是孤独感、乏力感、失败感、压抑感;反刍思维的想自身多孤独、提不起劲、想疲劳痛苦的感觉与抑郁症状的孤独感、失败感、压抑感呈正相关(r=0.63,r=0.52,r=0.58,P均<0.01);希望现状有好转与忧愁呈正相关(r=0.26,P<0.01);孤独感在反刍思维与抑郁网络中对其他症状影响较大,更多地参与症状间互动。结论 高中生反刍思维与抑郁症状关系网络模型中,孤独感、想自身多孤独、希望有好转与失败感,发挥着重要作用,孤独感可作为高中生抑郁干预的重要靶子,反刍思维的症状反刍与抑郁有较强的相关性。
Objective To explore the core depressive symptoms among high school students and the relationship between ruminative thinking and depressive symptoms.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 1868 high school students in Urumqi,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Network analysis was employed to study the core depressive symptoms and the relationship between ruminative thinking and depression.Results The core depressive symptoms among high school students included feelings of loneliness,fatigue,failure,and oppression.Ruminative thinking related to feelings of loneliness,lack of energy,fatigue and distress,which was positively correlated with feelings of loneliness,failure,and oppression associated with depression(r=0.63,r=0.52,r=0.58,all P<0.01).Hope for improvement and stress were positively related(r=0.26,P<0.01).Loneliness exerted a significant influence on other symptoms in the network of ruminative thinking and depression on other symptoms,and engaged in more interactions among symptoms.Conclusion In the network model of ruminative thinking and depressive symptoms among high school students,loneliness,ruminative thoughts about loneliness,hope for improvement,and feelings of failure play important roles.Loneliness can serve as a crucial target for depression intervention among high school students,and symptoms of ruminative thinking are strongly correlated with depression.
