摘要
以拱腰式柔性底盘为研究对象,通过建立履带组件模型,深入分析了其在松软土壤环境下的牵引力特性。对履带组件俯仰角度与牵引力变化关系模型进行求解,并运用DEM-MBD双向耦合仿真方法,分析履带行走时底部土壤的承载力,进而得到履带不同俯仰角度下的牵引力规律,为适于丘陵山区农业动力底盘的研究提供了一定的参考。
In this paper,the arch-waist flexible chassis was taken as the research object,and its traction characteristics in soft soil environment were deeply analyzed by establishing the crawler component model.The relationship model between pitch angle and traction force of crawler components was solved,and the bearing capacity of bottom soil was analyzed by DEM-MBD two-way coupling simulation method,and then the traction force law of crawler at different pitch angles was obtained,which can provide some reference for the research of agricultural power chassis suitable for hilly and mountainous areas.
