摘要
随着非道路移动机械用内燃机气体和颗粒污染物排放相关的欧盟条例EU2016/1628的实施,对出口的非道路柴油机排放提出了新的要求。结合某4.33L电控共轨EGR柴油发动机,首先明确了台架试验的工况、试验仪器的参数及要求,然后采用柴油机内净化技术进行了增压器、喷油器、喷油锥角、喷油正时、轨压等参数优化匹配,最后采用机外净化技术,即DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC技术路线进行发动机排放试验,试验研发出满足欧Ⅴ标准的非道路柴油机产品。
With the implementation of EU Regulation EU 2016/1628 on the emission of gas and particulate pollutants from internal combustion engines used in non road mobile machinery,new requirements have been put forward for the emissions of exported non road diesel engines.This article combines a certain 4.33L electronically controlled common rail EGR diesel engine.Firstly,the working conditions of the bench test,the parameters and requirements of the test instrument are clarified.Then,diesel engine internal purification technology is used to optimize the matching of parameters such as turbocharger,injector,injector protrusion,injection timing,and rail pressure.Finally,external purification technology,namely DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC technology route,is used for engine emission testing to develop non road diesel engine products that meet European V standards.
