在建筑工程经济领域,相关单位开展造价管理活动应结合全过程、全生命周期的管理思想,从项目的隐性价值和显性价值多个层面,串接人、机、料、法、环来开展整体性管控。文章借助论述法、经验法,对建筑工程经济概念进行了简要阐述,深层次剖析了应用建筑工程经济开展造价管理的策略。在该环节,相关单位需依托数据驱动的管理模式,结合BIM技术,推动工程造价管理工作国际化、标准化开展;并加强供应链管理、JIT管理,提高造价管理水平。

In the field of construction engineering economy,the cost management activities carried out by relevant units should be combined with the management idea of the whole process and the whole life cycle,and the overall management and control should be carried out by connecting people,machines,materials,methods and environment from multiple levels of the implicit value and explicit value of the project.With the help of discussion method and experience method,this paper briefly expounds the concept of construction engineering economy,and deeply analyzes the strategy of applying construction engineering economy to carry out cost management.In this link,relevant units need to rely on the data-driven management mode and BIM technology to promote the internationalization and standardization of project cost management;And strengthen supply chain management and JIT management to improve the level of cost management.
