水泥基材料中矿物掺合料的活性研究

摘要 传统水泥基材料存在资源消耗大、生产能耗高、环境污染严重等问题。矿物掺合料作为替代部分水泥的添加剂,能够显著改善水泥基材料的性能,减少水泥用量,降低生产成本和环境负荷。文章详细探讨了常见矿物掺合料的种类及特性,分析了其在水泥基材料中的活性机理,通过实验研究与实际案例分析,评估了矿物掺合料在提高水泥基材料力学性能和耐久性方面的显著效果,证明了其在工程应用中的可行性和优势。研究结果表明,适量掺加矿物掺合料能够提高水泥基材料的综合性能,为绿色建筑材料的发展提供重要的技术支持。 Traditional cement-based materials have many problems,such as large resource consumption,high production energy consumption,serious environmental pollution and so on.As an additive to replace part of cement,mineral admixtures can significantly improve the performance of cement-based materials,reduce cement consumption,and reduce production costs and environmental loads.This paper discusses the types and characteristics of common mineral admixtures in detail,analyzes their active mechanism in cement-based materials,evaluates the remarkable effect of mineral admixtures in improving the mechanical properties and durability of cement-based materials through experimental research and actual case analysis,and proves its feasibility and advantages in engineering application.The results show that the appropriate amount of mineral admixtures can improve the comprehensive performance of cement-based materials,and provide important technical support for the development of green building materials.
