摘要
无砟轨道以其高稳定性、低维护成本和安全性优势,广泛应用于复杂地质条件下的铁路建设。无砟轨道施工技术较为复杂,因此在施工阶段面临诸多挑战。为解决无砟轨道建设中的问题,文章以浩吉铁路(原蒙华铁路)为例,对相关施工工艺进行了研究,结合案例工程设计要求分析其在特殊地质条件下的优化措施;同时,对施工各种重点技术进行了讨论,包括底板处理、模板安装、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑等,以期为相关工程提供参考。
The ballastless track is widely used in railway construction under complex geological conditions due to its high stability,low maintenance cost,and safety advantages.Due to the complexity of ballastless track construction technology,it faces many challenges during the construction phase.To solve the problems in the construction of ballastless tracks,this article takes the Haoji Railway(formerly the Menghua Railway)as an example to study the relevant construction technology,and analyzes the optimization measures under special geological conditions based on the design requirements of the case engineering;At the same time,discussions will be held on various key construction technologies,including bottom plate treatment,formwork installation,steel bar binding,concrete pouring,etc.,in order to provide reference for related projects.
