基于预制混凝土施工技术的航道防波堤工程质量管理研究

Research on Quality Management of Waterway Breakwater Engineering Based on Prefabricated Concrete Construction Technology

航道防波堤是海岸工程中的重要组成部分,在保护港口、码头以及周边地区免受海浪、风暴和洪水等侵袭方面具有重要作用。防波堤混凝土块和连锁块体预制具有很高的灵活性,可以进一步提高施工效率。需要做好航道防波堤质量控制工作,确保施工质量达到设计要求。文章对预制混凝土防波堤优势进行了分析,结合具体的工程案例,提出了相应的技术控制措施和质量管理措施。

As an important part of coastal engineering,channel breakwater plays an important role in protecting ports,wharfs and surrounding areas from waves,storms and floods.The prefabrication of breakwater concrete blocks and interlocking blocks has high flexibility,which can further improve the construction efficiency.It is necessary to do a good job in the quality control of channel breakwater to ensure that the construction quality meets the design requirements.This paper analyzes the advantages of precast concrete breakwater,and combined with specific engineering cases,puts forward the corresponding technical control measures and quality management measures.
