工程项目管理中的工民建质量与安全管理创新研究

文章首先研究了工程项目管理中工民建质量与安全管理的问题,包括管理体系不完善、人员素质参差不齐和监管力度不足等。然后针对这些问题提出了相应的创新策略,包括明确质量目标和标准;建立质量管理组织;推行全面质量管理;实施质量奖惩制度;制定全面的安全管理制度;建立安全管理组织;实施安全检查与评估等。结果显示,通过实施这些创新策略,可以提高工程项目管理中工民建的质量和安全管理水平,确保工程项目的顺利进行,保证人们的生命和财产安全。

The article first studied the issues of quality and safety management in engineering project management,including incomplete management system,uneven personnel quality,and insufficient supervision.Then corresponding innovative strategies were proposed to address these issues,including clarifying quality objectives and standards;Establish a quality management organization;Implement Total Quality Management;Implement a quality reward and punishment system;Develop a comprehensive safety management system;Establish a safety management organization;Implement security checks and evaluations,etc.The results show that by implementing these innovative strategies,the quality and safety management level of civil engineering and construction in engineering project management can be improved,ensuring the smooth progress of engineering projects and guaranteeing the safety of people’s lives and property.
