摘要
文章阐述了预应力技术在钢筋混凝土结构、混凝土路面、纤维片及受弯构件中的具体应用,分析了施工过程中遇到的问题,如钢筋管道堵塞、波纹管开裂、张拉控制不严和混凝土收缩徐变过大等,并提出了优化预应力管道流通性、提升波纹管耐用性、精细化管理张拉作业及控制混凝土收缩徐变等措施,旨在提高道路桥梁的施工质量,延长其使用寿命。
The article elaborates on the specific application of prestressing technology in reinforced concrete structures,concrete pavements,fiber sheets,and bending members.It analyzes the problems encountered during the construction process,such as steel pipe blockage,corrugated pipe cracking,lax tensioning control,and excessive concrete shrinkage and creep.Measures are proposed to optimize the flow of prestressing pipes,improve the durability of corrugated pipes,refine the management of tensioning operations,and control concrete shrinkage and creep,aiming to improve the construction quality of roads and bridges and extend their service life.
