当前,建筑行业面临成本控制不足、资源使用效率低等挑战,对项目发展构成了威胁。为解决这些问题,文章提出了工程造价管理的方法,通过采用数据分析支持的成本预测模型,以期优化供应链管理,提升项目管理能力,实现成本的精确预估和管控,提高资源利用效率,从而促进建筑行业的健康发展。

At present,the construction industry is facing challenges such as insufficient cost control and inefficient use of resources,which pose a threat to project development.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward the method of project cost management,through the use of cost prediction model supported by data analysis,in order to optimize supply chain management,improve project management ability,realize accurate cost estimation and control,improve resource utilization efficiency,and promote the healthy development of the construction industry.
