摘要
传统的建筑工程项目进度控制管理主要通过人力来控制,管理效率低且效果差。现阶段,信息技术已经在建筑工程领域得到了广泛应用。相关人员通过信息技术进行项目进度管理工作,提升了控制管理的质量和效率,使建筑工程能如期完工。基于此,文章研究了基于信息技术的建筑工程项目进度控制管理,以供参考。
Traditional construction project schedule control management is mainly controlled by manpower,with low management efficiency and poor effectiveness.At present,information technology has been widely applied in the field of construction engineering.Relevant personnel use information technology to manage project progress,improve the quality and efficiency of control management,and ensure that construction projects can be completed on schedule.Based on this,the article studies the progress control management of construction projects based on information technology for reference.
