为满足装配式建筑生产、运输和施工管理等方面的信息需求,应用数字化技术构建了装配式建筑管理系统。该系统通过实时模拟和数据分析,提高了装配式建筑生产、运输和施工的效率与质量,同时为施工管理人员提供了全生命周期的实时管控。文章研究了基于数字孪生技术的装配式建筑管理系统,实现了对装配式建筑项目各个阶段的全面监控。

In order to meet the information needs of prefabricated building production,transportation,and construction management,a prefabricated building management system was constructed using digital technology.This system improves the efficiency and quality of prefabricated building production,transportation,and construction through real-time simulation and data analysis,while providing real-time control of the entire lifecycle for construction management personnel.The article studies a modular building management system based on digital twin technology,which achieves comprehensive monitoring of various stages of modular building projects.
