文章探讨了基于BIM技术的建筑工程造价精细化管理策略,旨在提升工程经济效益,优化资源配置并促进项目管理水平的提升。文章具体研究方法包括利用BIM模型进行决策阶段场地分析与方案选择、设计阶段项目可行性与经济性推断、招投标阶段快速获取工程量信息及施工阶段4D施工模拟与造价监控。通过构建建筑信息模型,BIM技术实现了信息的实时共享与精确传递,显著提高了造价管理的效率和准确性。
This article explores the fine management strategy of construction project cost based on BIM technology,aiming to improve the economic benefits of the project,optimize resource allocation,and promote the improvement of project management level.The specific research methods of the article include using BIM models for site analysis and scheme selection in the decision-making stage,inferring project feasibility and economy in the design stage,quickly obtaining engineering quantity information in the bidding stage,and 4D construction simulation and cost monitoring in the construction stage.By constructing a building information model,BIM technology has achieved real-time sharing and precise transmission of information,significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of cost management.
