根管预备器械的演变与发展

摘要 从第一根碳钢根管锉的出现至目前广泛应用的机用镍钛根管锉,根管预备器械历经了近200年的发展历程,随着根管治疗技术的发展和材料科学的不断进步,根管预备器械从材料选择到设计理念经历了多次里程碑式的革新。本文将系统回顾根管预备器械的发展历程,特别是针对镍钛根管锉,如何通过不断的材料优化和工艺改进,使其安全性能获得显著的提升,以最大程度上降低根管治疗过程中的器械断裂风险。同时,结合设计创新和材料强化的双重手段,使镍钛根管锉的切割效率得到提升,以进一步缩短治疗时间,提高治疗的整体效率。展望未来,随着新材料和新技术的不断涌现,根管预备器械将继续朝着更安全、更高效的方向发展,如何平衡根管锉安全性能和切割效率两者之间的关系将是研发工作的重中之重。 From the emergence of the first carbon steel root canal file to the widely used mechanical nickel-tita-nium root canal file today,root canal preparation instruments have undergone nearly 200 years of development.With the development of root canal treatment technology and the continuous advancement of materials science,root canal prepara-tion instruments have experienced numerous milestone innovations in both material selection and design concepts.This ar-ticle will systematically reviews the development history of root canal preparation instruments,especially for nickel-titani-um root canal file.Through continuous material optimization and technological improvement,its safety performance has been significantly improved,minimizing the risk of instrument fracture during root canal treatment.Meanwhile,the dual ap-proach of design innovation and material reinforcement has improved the cutting efficiency of nickel-titanium root canal files,further shortening treatment time and enhancing overall efficiency of treatment.Looking to the future,with the contin-uous emergence of new materials and technologies,root canal preparation instruments will continue to develop in a safer and more efficient direction.How to balance the relationship between the safety performance and cutting efficiency of root canal files will be the top priority of research and development work.
