摘要
目的:探索实时交互式教学系统在窝洞预备教学中的作用,评价其教学效果,探索其在牙体牙髓病学窝洞预备中的实际指导意义。方法:选取西安交通大学2020级口腔医学专业的60名本科生作为研究对象,其中2020级1班的30名学生作为对照组,2020级2班的30名学生作为实验组,统一理论教学后,实验组进行仿头模模拟训练结合实时交互式教学系统训练,对照组只进行仿头模模拟训练,最后统一进行理论和操作考试,由教师完成操作考试打分,并进行教学满意度问卷调查。结果:两组学生理论成绩、窝洞合面成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组学生的邻面成绩、操作成绩高于对照组,实验组学生对课程内容、教学方法及课程效果的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实时交互式虚拟口腔教学系统结合传统教学方式,取得了较好的教学效果,具有良好的应用前景。
AIM:To explore the role of real-time interactive teaching system in the teaching of cavity prepara-tion,to evaluate the teaching effectiveness,and to investigate the practical significance of real-time interactive teaching system in the teaching of cavity preparation in cariology and endodontics.METHODS:Sixty undergraduate students ma-joring in stomatology of grade 2020 in Xi'an Jiaotong University were selected as the research objects.Among them,30 students from Class one were selected as the control group and 30 students from class 2 were selected as the experimental group.After unified theoretical teaching,the experimental group was trained by head-simulator simulation combined with real-time interactive teaching system.The control group was only trained by the head simulator.Finally,theoretical and practical examinations were conducted.The operation test was scored by teachers,and a teaching satisfaction question-naire was conducted.RESULTS:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the theoreti-cal scores and the score of occlusal surface preperation(P>0.05).The interproximal scores and operation scores of the ex-perimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the satisfaction of the experimental group on the course content,teaching methods and course effectiveness were higher compared to the control group,with statistically signifi-cant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The real-time interactive virtual dental teaching system combined with the traditional teaching method has achieved good teaching effectiveness and has a good application prospect.
