应用德谷门冬双胰岛素与甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的疗效评估分析

Evaluation and analysis of the curative effect of insulin glargine and insulin degludec/insulin aspart in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的对比给予2型糖尿病患者德谷门冬双胰岛素与甘精胰岛素治疗的疗效.方法研究对象为2023年3月-2024年3月诊治的2型糖尿病患者62例,采用随机数字表法对其加以分组,将31例患者纳入试验组,应用德谷门冬双胰岛素治疗,其余31例纳入比较组,应用甘精胰岛素治疗,比较组间临床疗效、血糖水平、血糖波动情况、胰岛功能、安全性.结果试验组临床疗效高于比较组;组间治疗后血糖水平对比,试验组更好;试验组治疗后血糖波动情况优于比较组;治疗后,比较组胰岛功能差于试验组;试验组安全性明显高于比较组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论与甘精胰岛素相比,在2型糖尿病治疗中应用德谷门冬双胰岛素,可以提高临床疗效,持续平稳降低血糖水平,改善胰岛功能,提高安全性,值得临床广泛应用.

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of insulin glargine and insulin degludec/insulin aspart on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Sixty-two patients with type 2 diabetes from March 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into experimental group and comparison group.The experimental group applied insulin degludec/insulin aspart,the comparison group were treated with insulin glargine.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,blood glucose fluctuation,islet function and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of the experimental group was better than that of the comparison group,the blood glucose level of the experimental group was better than that of the comparison group after treatment,the fluctuation of blood glucose of the experimental group was better than that of the comparison group after treatment,the islet function of the comparison group was worse than that of the experimental group,and the safety of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with insulin glargine,the treatment of type 2 diabetes with insulin degludec/insulin aspart can improve the clinical efficacy,decrease the level of blood glucose continuously and steadily,improve the function of islets and improve the safety,it is worthy of wide application.
