能级护理模式在急诊科急性心肌梗死患者中的应用价值探讨

The application value of energy-level nursing model in acute myocardial infarction patients in emergency department

目的探讨能级护理模式在急诊科急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中的应用价值.方法研究选取2023年2月-2023年8月新疆维吾尔自治区中医院急诊科实施能级护理模式前收治的25例AMI患者作为对照组,选取2023年9月-2024年2月该院急诊科实施能级护理模式后收治的25例AMI患者作为能级组,对比分析两组患者临床资料和救治效果.结果能级组分诊时间、心电图检查时间、救治时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);能级组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组院内死亡率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05).结论在急诊科AMI患者救治中采用能级护理模式可显著提高救治效率,提升救治效果,值得推广.

Objective To explore the application value of energy-level nursing mode in emergency department patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 25 patients with AMI admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from Septermber 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the energy level group after the implementation of the competency-based nursing model.A total of 25 patients with AMI admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from February 2023 to August 2023 were selected as the control group before the implementation of the competency-based nursing model.The clinical data and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The time of triage,ECG examination and treatment were significantly shorter in the energy level group than in the control group(P<0.05),the rate of complication in the energy level group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in in-hospital mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of energy level nursing mode in patients with AMI in emergency department can significantly improve the efficiency of treatment,improve the treatment effect,which is worth popularizing.
