中药热奄包热敷应用于老年无痛胃肠镜检查术后腹胀患者的疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress on elderly patients with abdominal distension after painless gastroscopy examination

目的观察中药热奄包热敷应用于老年无痛胃肠镜检查术后腹胀患者的疗效.方法回顾性分析2021年1月-2021年12月福州市第七医院收治的接受无痛胃肠镜检查术后腹胀的老年住院患者100例病历资料,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50).对照组给予常规护理排气干预,观察组在常规护理排气的基础上进一步采用中药热奄包热敷.比较两组治疗效果,包括术后腹痛腹胀情况、肠鸣音恢复时间及首次排气和排便时间;并对比两组护理满意度.结果观察组腹痛腹胀疼痛评分显著低于对照组,且肠鸣音恢复、首次排气和排便时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论对于老年无痛胃肠镜术后腹胀患者采用中药热奄包热敷,可有效缓解腹痛腹胀,缩短排气时间,护理满意度较高,临床效果显著.

Objective Study the clinical effect of applying Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress to elderly patients with postoperative abdominal distension after gastroscopy.Methods A total of 100 elderly hospitalized patients with postoperative abdominal distension who underwent gastroscopy in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a observation group and a control group according to the different departments of treatment,with 50 patients in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing methods to assist patients in exhaust,while the observation group used Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress on the abdomen to compare the postoperative abdominal pain and bloating,recovery of bowel sounds,first exhaust,and disappearance time of abdominal distension between the two groups of patients;and compare the nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The results showed that the abdominal pain,bloating,and pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the recovery of bowel sounds,first exhaust,and defecation time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For elderly patients with postoperative abdominal distension after gastroscopy,using Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress can effectively alleviate abdominal pain and bloating,shorten exhaust time,and achieve high nursing satisfaction.The clinical effect is significant.
