中医综合护理对产后急性尿潴留产妇的效果观察

Observation of the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing on postpartum acute urinary retention

目的观察中医综合护理对产后急性尿潴留产妇的临床效果.方法将临沂市中医医院收治的产后急性尿潴留产妇88例作为研究对象,按照不同的护理模式将研究对象划分为两组,即观察组(44例)与对照组(44例),两组均给予治疗及常规的相关妇科护理,对观察组产妇加用中医的综合护理方式,两组产妇在护理后对比相应的临床效果.结果与对照组对比,观察组产妇产后尿管留置及膀胱功能的恢复时间更短,膀胱内残余的尿量更少(P<0.05),因此其临床疗效较对照组明显更佳(P<0.05);观察组产妇在中医综合护理后负性不良情绪评分更低(P<0.05);观察组产妇对护理工作的满意度(工作态度、人文关怀、健康教育及操作技术四个维度)明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论对产后出现急性尿潴留产妇进行中医全面综合护理,既能改善产妇的尿潴留症状,提高临床治疗效果,同时还能减少产妇抑郁、焦虑的不良情绪,因此,临床观察效果很好,值得进一步开展.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of TCM comprehensive nursing on postpartum acute urinary retention.Methods Will our department admitted postpartum acute urinary retention maternal 88 cases as a research object,according to the different nursing mode will be divided into two groups,namely observation group(44 cases)and control group(44 cases),both groups are give treatment and routine care of department of gynaecology,the observation group of maternal with comprehensive care of Traditional Chinese Medicine,two groups of maternal after nursing contrast the corresponding clinical effect.Results Compared with the control group,the recovery time of postpartum urinary catheter retention and bladder function in the observation group was shorter,and the residual urinary volume in the bladder was less(P<0.05),so the clinical efficacy was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the negative mood score was lower(P<0.05);and the satisfaction of the nursing work(work attitude,humanistic care,health education and operation techniques)than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine for postpartum acute urinary retention can not only improve the symptoms of maternal urinary retention,improve the clinical treatment effect,and reduce the bad mood of maternal depression and anxiety.Therefore,the clinical observation effect is very good and worthy of further development.
