红光治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果评价

Clinical effect evaluation of red light therapy for senile vaginitis

目的探讨红光治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效,为老年性阴道炎的临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2020年9月—2021年5月在天津市河东区中山门街社区卫生服务中心就诊的60例老年性阴道炎患者为研究对象,根据奇偶数模式分为对照组和研究组各30例。对照组采取常规治疗模式,研究组在对照组基础上加用红光治疗。比较两组治愈率、治疗前后的阴道症状评分、阴道脱落细胞成熟指数及血清激素水平。结果研究组治愈率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.32,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组阴道症状评分低于对照组,阴道脱落细胞成熟指数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组E1、E2水平均高于对照组,FSH水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年性阴道炎患者给予红光治疗的效果良好,能提高治愈率,改善阴道症状及血清激素水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of red light therapy for senile vaginitis,providing reference for the clinical treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods Sixty elderly patients with vaginitis who treated in Tianjin Hedong District Zhongshanmen Street Community Health Service Center from September 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group based on odd even numbers.The control group received conventional treatment mode,while the study group received additional red light treatment on the basis of the control group.The cure rates,vaginal symptom scores,vaginal exfoliated cell maturation index and serum hormone levels before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Results The cure rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group with 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.32,P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the maturation index of vaginal exfoliated cells was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of El and E2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of FSH was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Red light therapy for senile vaginitis patients had good effect,which could increase the cure rate,improve vaginal symptoms and serum hormone level,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
