The Discussion About the Anti-tumor Effect of Alkaloids based on The Influence on the Tumor Microenvironment

肿瘤微环境对肿瘤的细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭以及肿瘤血管新生具有重要影响。现代药理研究发现多种生物碱具有抗肿瘤作用,文章从对于肿瘤微环境的影响角度出发,探讨中药生物碱成分的抗肿瘤作用,为生物碱抗肿瘤作用的开发利用提供理论支持。

The tumor microenvironment is important to the tumor cell proliferation,migration,invasion,as well as the tumor angiogenesis.Modern pharmacological studies have found that a variety of alkaloids have anti-tumor effects.From the perspective of the influence on tumor microenvironment,this paper discuss the anti-tumor effects of the alkaloids of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide the theoretical support for the development and utilization of the anti-tumor effects of alkaloids.
