重楼本草考证

Textual Research on Medicinal Plants of the Genus Paris

药用植物重楼在民间使用广泛,但药典规定品种仅两种,不利于该属植物的开发利用,有必要对其在历代本草典籍中的曾用名、形态与基原、产地变迁、药用价值与归经进行考证和整理。考证结果表明,重楼以“蚤休”之名始载于《神农本草经》,自汉代以来,历代本草及近现代对其有诸多曾用名;其基源以百合科重楼属植物为主;自汉以来产地由北向南迁移趋势明显;历代本草和医药学典籍不断扩展了重楼的药用价值,对其归经虽有各异,现已逐渐统一。本研究为重楼溯本求源、中医药文化传承及进一步开发重楼药用价值提供参考。

The medicinal plants of the genus Paris are widely used among the people,but according to the pharmacopoeia,there are only two varieties,which is not conducive to the development and utilization of this genus of plants.It is necessary to research and organize their former names,forms and origins,changes in origin,medicinal value and meridians,and the use of Paris by ethnic minorities to treat related diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.The research results indicate that Paris was first recorded in the“Shennong Materia Medica Classic”under the name“Flea Rest”.Since the Han Dynasty,there have been many former names for it in various genres and modern times;Its origin is mainly from plants of the Liliaceae and Paris genus;Since the Han Dynasty,the trend of origin migration from north to south has been obvious;The medicinal value of Paris has been continuously expanded through various dynasties of traditional Chinese medicine and medical classics,and although its meridians vary,they have gradually been unified.This study provides reference for tracing the origin of medicinal plants in the genus Paris,inheriting traditional Chinese medicine culture,and further developing the medicinal value of Paris.
