TNF-α在肌少症发生发展中的机制浅析

Analysis of the mechanism of TNF-αin the occurrence and development of sarcopenia

随着人口老龄化的加重,肌少症正在成为近年来重要的社会问题,自2016年以来其已被世界卫生组织确认为临床疾病。肌少症是一类随着年龄增长,人体肌肉的质量与力量出现进行性下降的老年性综合疾病,对老年人的生理及生活带来了重大影响。许多研究发现,肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)在肌少症的发生发展进程中起到了重要作用,本文通过国内外文献报道,总结肿瘤坏死因子通过影响神经、激素、蛋白代谢及自噬途径,诱导肌少症发生的作用机制,以期对今后研究肌少症的发生发展提供一参考。

With the increasing aging of the population,sarcopenia is becoming an important social problem in recent years.It has been recognized as a clinical disease by the World Health Organization since 2016.Sarcopenia is a kind of senile comprehensive disease with the increase of age.The quality and strength of human muscles appear progressive decline,which has a significant impact on the physiology and life of the elderly.Many studies have found that tumor necrosis factor plays an important role in the occurrence and development of sarcopenia.In this paper,by summarizing domestic and foreign literature reports,we summarize the mechanism of tumor necrosis factor inducing the occurrence of sarcopenia by affecting nerve,hormone,protein,immune,and autophagy pathways,in order to provide a reference for future research on the occurrence and development of sarcopenia.
