锂离子电池隔膜专用聚丙烯T 98系列产品的性能及其应用

摘要 为满足国内锂离子电池隔膜专用料的市场需求,中国石油独山子石化公司采用Spheripol双环管工艺生产出锂离子电池隔膜专用聚丙烯(PP)T 98系列产品,剖析了T 98 G/T 98 F/T 98 D/T 98 CD等产品的基础性能、力学性能、热性能、相对分子质量及其分布以及隔膜制品性能。结果表明:与进口典型对标试样相比,T 98系列产品的氧化诱导时间(约38 min)较长,数均分子质量(约12.0×10^(4))更大,相对分子质量分布(约3.1)更窄;T 98 F/T 98 G适用于干法双向拉伸工艺,T 98 D/T 98 CD适用于干法单向拉伸工艺;与进口试样制品相比,T 98 D/T 98 CD生产的锂离子电池隔膜制品透气层间极差分别降低8.8%,19.8%,纵向拉伸强度分别提高11.6%,25.4%,隔膜孔径集中度好、分布均匀、无明显双峰。 In order to meet the domestic market demand for special materials for lithium ion battery separator,special polypropylene(PP)T 98 series products for lithium ion battery separator was produced by using Spheripol double ring tube process by Dushanzi Petrochemical Company of PetroChina.The basic properties,mechanical properties,thermal properties,relative molecular weight and its distribution of T 98 G/T 98 F/T 98 D/T 98 CD and the properties of diaphragm products were analyzed.The results showed that compared with typical imported benchmark samples,the oxidation induced time of T 98 series products(about 38 min)was longer,the number average molecular weight(about 12.0×10^(4))was larger,and the relative molecular weight distribution(about 3.1)was narrower.T 98 F/T 98 G was suitable for dry biaxial drawing process and T 98 D/T 98 CD was suitable for dry uniaxial drawing process.Compared with imported sample products,the range between the breathable layers of the lithium ion battery separator products produced by T 98 D/T 98 CD decreased by 8.8%and 19.8%respectively,and the longitudinal tensile strength increased by 11.6%and 25.4%respectively.The separator pore size concentration was good,the distribution was uniform,and no obvious double peaks.
