外源硒对水稻生长及白背飞虱存活的影响

摘要 本研究旨在探讨外源硒对水稻生长及白背飞虱存活的影响。以感虫品种‘台中1号’为供试水稻品种,采用营养液添加亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)的方法设置10、20、30、40、50、60μmol/L 6个硒浓度处理,以0μmol/L为对照,测定不同浓度硒对水稻生长及取食硒处理水稻对白背飞虱存活的影响。结果表明,10μmol/L硒处理水稻株高、根长、单株鲜重和单株干重均显著高于对照;而20~60μmol/L硒处理的株高、根长、单株鲜重和单株干重均低于对照;水稻硒含量随硒添加浓度增大显著升高;白背飞虱存活率随水稻硒含量增大显著降低;取食10μmol/L硒处理水稻第4~7天,白背飞虱存活率显著降低。综上说明,10μmol/L为硒的适宜浓度,既能促进水稻生长,也能降低白背飞虱存活率。 To explore the effects of exogenous selenium(Se)on rice growth and survival of Sogatella furcifera feeding on Se-treated rice plants,a susceptible cultivar'Taichung Native 1'(TN_(1))was served as the test rice variety.Six Se concentrations of 10,20,30,40,50 and 60μmol/L were set up by adding sodium selenite(Na2SeO3)to the nutrient solution,and 0μmol/L was used as the control to determine the effects of different concentrations of Se on rice growth and the survival of S.furcifera feeding on Se-treated rice plants.The results indicated that the plant height,root length,fresh weight and dry weight per plant treated with 10μmol/L Se were significantly higher than that of control;while the plant height,root length,fresh weight and dry weight per plant treated with 20-60μmol/L Se were lower than that of control.Se content in rice plants were increased significantly with the increase of Se concentration in nutrient solution,while survival rate of S.furcifera were decreased significantly with the increase of Se content in rice plants.The survival rate of S.furcifera fedding on rice plants treated with 10μmol/L Se decreased significantly on the 4th to 7th day after the treatment.In conclusion,10μmol/L is the appropriate concentration of Se,which can promote rice growth and reduce the survival rate of S.furcifera.
