重构乡村公共性:社区资本的实践路径与内在机制——基于对Z村的调查分析

Reconstructing Rural Publicity:A Case Study of Village Z on the Practice Path and Internal Mechanism of Community Capital

乡村治理现代化是实现乡村振兴的基石,也是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要内容。当前乡村治理共同体建构面临着乡村社会公共性流失、乡村社会环境松散等困境。Z村以前也面临着这一困境,然而近年来,Z村社区资本经由经济资本层面的“利益联结”、社会资本层面的“关系联结”和文化资本层面的“情感联结”三重逻辑进路,建构乡村公共性治理机制,塑造了一个有机团结的乡村治理共同体。实质上,这是通过充分调动村庄内外各种资源,以公共事务参与为载体,建立情感和利益连结为纽带的社会联结,重塑乡土团结并形成具有时代特色和中国乡村特色的公共性的过程。同时,也是社区资本重构乡村公共性的实践逻辑。

The modernization of rural governance is the cornerstone of rural revitalization and an important part of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.The construction of rural governance community now is facing the loss of rural social publicity and a loose rural social environment.Z Village Z faced a similar dilemma in the past.However,in recent years,community capital in Village Z has constructed a rural public governance mechanism through a three-level logical approach:“interest connection”at the level of economic capital;“relationship connection”at the level of social capital and“emotional connection”at the level of cultural capital.They shaped an organic and united rural governance community.In essence,this is a process of fully mobilizing various resources inside and outside the village,taking participation in public affairs as the carrier,and establishing a social connection of emotion and interest connection as the link,reshaping local unity and forming a publicity with the characteristics of the era and rural areas in China.Meanwhile,it is also the practical logic of community capital reconstruction of rural publicity.
