摘要
民营企业的泛家族式管理是指企业在管理和决策过程中,家族成员占据重要地位,企业的所有权、控制权和管理权高度集中在家族内部。泛家族式管理在台州乃至全国民营企业中都非常普遍,对企业的初始成长起到了积极作用。然而,随着企业规模的扩大和外部环境的复杂化,这种管理模式暴露出了一些问题和挑战,面临着内部管理、利益分配和人才等诸多方面问题。本文通过全面分析民营企业泛家族式管理的优劣势,运用标准化原理,创新管理机制,建立标准化管理流程,有效破解泛家族式管理存在的弊端,实现管理标准化、规范化和高效化,加快民营企业向现代企业制度转变,推动民营经济高质量发展。
The pan-family management of private enterprises refers to the phenomenon that in the management and decision-making process of enterprises,family members take important positions,and the ownership,control,and management of the enterprise are highly concentrated within the family.Pan-family management is very common in private enterprises in Taizhou and even the whole country,and has played a positive role in the initial development of enterprises.However,with the expansion of enterprise scale and the complexity of external environment,this management model has exposed some problems and challenges,facing many issues such as internal management,benefit distribution,and talents.By comprehensively analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of pan-family management in private enterprises,this paper applies standardization principles,innovates management mechanisms,and establishes standardized management processes,which can effectively solve the drawbacks of pan-family management,realize standardized and efficient management,accelerate the transformation of private enterprises into modern enterprise systems,and promote the high-quality development of the private economy.
