省级质量基础设施“一站式”服务平台基础标准体系研究

Research on the Basic Standards System of the“One-stop”Service Platform for Provincial Quality Infrastructure

质量基础设施“一站式”服务平台,为客户提供全方位质量基础综合服务,实现全流程“一站通办”。本文按照高效性、系统性、公益性和创新性原则,搭建“2+N+1”服务体系,推动平台有序运行,并在此基础上开展质量基础设施“一站式”服务平台的标准体系研究,重点进行了平台建设标准、运行服务标准和效能评价改进标准研究,对省级质量基础设施标准化体系建设具有一定的指导意义。

The“one-stop”service platform for quality infrastructure provides customers with comprehensive services for quality infrastructure in all aspects,realizing the“one-stop operation”of the entire process.This paper builds a“2+N+1”service system based on the principles of efficiency,systematicity,public welfare,and innovation,promoting the orderly operation of the platform.On this basis,it conducts research on the standards system of the“one-stop”service platform for quality infrastructure,focusing on standards for platform construction,operation service,as well as efficiency evaluation improvement.This paper has certain guiding significance for the construction of provincial quality infrastructure standardization system.
