智能技术赋能教育评价的生态伦理考量

摘要 目前,以大数据、人工智能等为代表的智能技术在赋能教育评价领域方面产生了深刻影响。然而,智能技术在推动教育评价改革中引发一系列的伦理隐忧。从生态伦理视角发现智能技术赋能教育评价的生态伦理隐忧具体表现为:技术至上导致教育评价价值伦理异化、技术不足引发教育评价系统各要素的伦理失序、教育评价主体能力孱弱破坏评价的可持续性、责任意识缺失掣肘教育评价补偿困境伦理。据此,从构建“技术-价值”和谐共生的教育评价范式、夯实智能实用的评价技术基础、增强评价主体数字素养、完善教育评价多元主体的权责规范制度四个方面为智能技术有序和谐推动教育评价的发展提供相应策略。 At present,intelligent technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence have had a profound impact on empowering the field of educational evaluation.However,intelligent technology has triggered a series of ethical concerns in promoting educational evaluation reform.This study found from the perspective of ecological ethics that the ecological ethical concerns of intelligent technology empowering educational evaluation are manifested as:technology supremacy leads to ethical alienation of educational evaluation values,insufficient technology leads to ethical disorder of various elements of the educational evaluation system,weak ability of educational evaluation subjects undermines the sustainability of evaluation,and lack of sense of responsibility hinders the ethical dilemma of educational evaluation compensation.Based on this,this study provides corresponding strategies for the orderly and harmonious development of intelligent technology in promoting educational evaluation from four aspects:constructing a harmonious symbiotic paradigm of"technology-value"in education evaluation,consolidating the foundation of intelligent and practical evaluation technology,enhancing the digital literacy of evaluation subjects,and improving the rights and responsibilities norms of multiple subjects in educational evaluation.
