“以赛促学”模式在植物组织培养学课程中的应用研究

摘要 为高效培育植物组织培养领域的应用型人才,生物工程与园艺专业的植物组织培养学课程引入了“以赛促学”教学改革,旨在增强学生创新能力,同时为其他课程提供实践范例,推动教育体系创新与发展。文章围绕教学改革模式、教学改革措施和改革效果进行了论述。其中教学模式改革从构建课程知识点和指引设计竞赛,引导学生通过多元化的学习方式,激发创新思维和实践能力,同时建立动态的考核机制等几方面进行;改革措施包括定位教学内容、设计实验和优化考核方式等;最后“以赛促学”教学模式在植物组织培养学的实践中取得了显著成效。 In order to efficiently train practical personnel in the field of plant tissue culture,teaching reform on‘Promote learning through competition'mode was introduced into plant tissue culture course for major of bioengineering and horticulture that is intended to enhance students'innovation ability and provide practical examples for other courses and then promote innovation and development of education system.The paper expounded teaching reform mode,measures and effects.Teaching reform mode included development of course knowledge points,guidance and design of competition,guiding students to inspire innovative thinking and practical abilities by diversified learning methods and development of dynamic assessment mechanism.Teaching reform measures included position of teaching content,design of experiment and optimization of assessment methods.Eventually,‘Promote learning through competition'mode has made significant achievements in practice of plant tissue culture course.
