乡村教师数字素养培育:运行机制、现实挑战与策略——基于场域理论的分析

摘要 数字素养是乡村教师专业发展的有机组成部分,是乡村教师顺应数字时代发展的必然要求。基于场域理论,乡村教师数字素养培育的运行机制为:以数字化场域为基础力、以数字化资本为支持力、以数字化惯习为动力源;面临的现实挑战主要包括数字化场域构建不足、数字化资本支持不足、数字化意识驱动不足。为促进乡村教师数字素养培育,提出以下策略:构建数字化生态场,改善培育环境;完善多元资本支持,丰富培育资源;形塑数字化惯习,提升培育意识。 Digital literacy is an integral part of rural teachers’professional development and an essential requirement for rural teachers to adapt to the digital age.Based on field theory,the operational mechanisms for cultivating digital literacy in rural teachers are as follows:based on a digital field,supported by digital capital,and driven by digital practices.The main practical challenges include insufficient support from digital capital and lack of digital awareness.To promote the cultivation of digital literacy among rural teachers,the following strategies are proposed:build a digital ecological environment,improve the cultivation conditions;enhance diversified capital support,and enrich cultivation resources;and shape digital practices to enhance awareness of cultivation.
